confronts us with the question, under which conditions we want to live on our home planet mother earth. A sustainable development
so that also future generations can satisfy their needs seems necessary. We must sustain our living basis, because there is no second earth where we could fly to.

On the 2. December 2020 Mr. Antonio Guterres adressed "The State of the Planet" at Columbia University.
The UN-Secretary Antonio Guterres said inter alia: "Making peace with nature is the defining task of the 21st century. It must be the top, top priority for everyone." Compare: https://www.un.org/sg/en/content/sg/speeches/2020-12-02/address-columbia-university-the-state-of-the-planet (04.12.2020).
In my opinion, there is an urgent need for real sustainable development worldwide; a global real green new deal.
